Anyone have some quick and easy snack ideas (in addition to the bars and shakes?) I can only do eggs so often! :)
The protein pancakes in the recipe section are good. I make up 10 on a sunday and then have them everyday at work with a cup of green tea for my 2nd meal yummy x
