I am finding this blog very interesting but I thought I would point out that the nutrition plan you are following is not strictly Bodyforlife nutrition.The BFL plan is strictly 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat
You seem to be following a more low carb higher fat diet, i'm not saying your are wrong for doing this or that it's unhealthy but if you want to do an experimenet on the bodyforlife program I think its only fair to do the nutrition as outlined.so For example you would have to start eating dropping the yolks from the eggs and eat more egg-whites, 1 yolk for every 6 eggwhites is fine.Regarding you query on free-day the free-day is yours , you can eat clean or eat junk food it does not matter,from a physiological point of view i'm may be a good idea to eat a bit more food(Clean or Junk) one day week especially if you have been way under maintenance, but you don't seem to be.
