My trainer suggested Body for LIFE as a way to help me maintain the progress we've made over the past year since our gym was closing. In the year I worked out with him I lost over 30 pounds and 3 clothes sizes. I don't want to go backwards after all my hardwork.
BFL is the way to keep what you have accomplished and accomplish even more. First thing is get your hands on the Body For Life book by Bill Phillips and read it cover to cover very carefully. If you follow the structure that is laid out for you you can't fail.
