ok so I see the way to eyeball the portion size but i was wondering if there was a number of grams I should shoot for in each meal. For example I had a low carb (7grams) wheat tortilla as my carb at lunch but was wondering if I could have eaten a little fruit with it as well. thanks!
It's 1 gram of each per pound of bodyweight. The "average" woman is 150 pounds and that's 25g of each per meal. Personally, I do somewhat higher protein, but that's a personal preference. Also, please remember your essential fats. Best!
