Upper Body Workout Redundency

  • OK, I"m having a total brain freeze this morning.  This week is upper, lower, upper...so on the upper two days do I divide the 5 (chest, back, shoulders, bi's & tri's) up or do both of those muscle groups twice this week?  I couldn't remember.

  • You do the whole workout twice - all five groups.  Do them in order, too (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps).

    There is no fate but what we make for ourselves.

  • hicksBFL, If you go to the Library tab then tools, there are progress reports that will help you stay on track with the lifting. Way back when before I got my BFL Success Journal, I copied those off and made a big BFL notebook.

    It is also recommended to switch up your different lifts every 3-4 weeks.
