Just do the best you can! The clean eats and if you can get in your cardio HIIT should keep you okay til you get home.
Good luck! Travel is hard (see how I conveniently scheduled my vacay for my AR?) LOL
well monday im travelling too, down to florida, will miss mon, tue and wed workouts, but figure i can do wed, UBW with cardio on thurs, will be packing alot of my meals, to take with me, its really disappointing to miss my first workouts so late in the game,
HOPE yall doing great
Had a rough weekend. I ate a piece of cake early on FreeDay and sort of felt off/bad/tired ALL WEEKEND. Not sure if it was the cake or maybe thyroid stuff. Anyways i got in my C1W10D1 UBWO on Sunday evening it went well.
Cardio HIIT today after work... You guys know I try to sleep as much as possible and this morning wanted more rather than getting up and going to the gym.
For sure will be doing tomorrow LBWO in the a.m. before work.
Can't believe there's only three weeks left. Going to really eat clean and push myself to finish strong.
Everyone travelling? Anyone home yet?
Okay, I think I'm getting to the bottom of this.
Have been having some problems with my medication but think I've got it solved now.
Hopefully that will solve this crazy bad mood/fatigue I've been having for a week.
With just 2.5 weeks left of Challenge 1 I'm committing today to finishing strong. I haven't missed any workouts and will keep that up for the end of this challenge. Additionally I will go back to tracking all my food in fitday (I've been on autopilot). I'm not going to take any freedays and I'm going to up my cardio as recommended on the Hussman fitness site (just my extra jog after my HIIT).
Going to finish strong and see if I can squeeze any actual results out of this twelve weeks.
I maybe didn't mention but I'm extra depressed because I looked at my Week 0 and Week 9 pics side by side and literally see NO DIFFERENCE. Very disheartening.
horrific last week for me, was in florida had 4 days to find somewhere to live, eating was all over the place and just couldnt workout, come home and find out ymca cancelled my gym membership 1 mth early, had arranged it to go till 31 aug day i leave to move to florida, well now im looking at finishing badly, im going to definetly do a 2nd challenge...... kisha u still starting 2nd challenge on the 5 sept, if so im in it with ya, is that date to late to submit forms for 2010 challenge, hows everyone else doing, im going to cardio and just workout with what i can find around the house that i havent packed yet to workout with,
GOD bless yall
Woah... hold on Robert wait a sec...
Finishing Badly? Are you saying you're just gonna not finish? or?
Are you planning on getting your gym membership back?
CUZ HONESTLY... There are still two weeks and a coupla days left in this challenge! You can totally finish strong. SRSLY. I had a heinous week this week too... several unauthorized eating incidents!
I've decided to just plow through the end like a soldier.
No more free days and hit the gym as hard as possible...
Go get your & membership back and plow through the end of this with me k?
AND HECK YES We'll be starting C2 on 09/05.
Hey, are you on BFLTracker?
i have to pay them 2 mths memberhsip to use the gym for 14 days, im figuring lots of pushup and chin ups, no im going to finish best i can but im looking ahead to the 5th now
Yeah, I had a rough week 9 and first half of week 10. Out of my regiment and the long hours at work took me completely off the routine. I did manage to make it through wed of week 9 eating right and exercising but that quickly went down hill.
Looks like I didnt do to bad with only gaining 1 pound. It was HARD getting back into the diet and exercise. Now three days back and hitting the groove again.
Like you Robert I will be doing a second challenge... but based on my progress Ive known I needed a second one to complete my goals. Oh, and since I didnt work out or eat strict Im treating the time off as my active rest so I will jump right into the second challenge.
Two weeks left, may you run the race to win!
I have a better idea.
Go get a free week pass to twenty-four hour gym. use it for a week.
Then go get a free week pass to Bally's or Golds... use it for the last week.
Almost ALL Gyms give free passes (7 days)
lol i live in the country, oustide savannah GA, soon though i will be 4miles from daytona beach, from my new home, heheheheeh, and im going to use what ive learnt in first challenge for 2nd
im going to win that 10,000 for my age group, im determined, ive already dreamt i won it, whether it was 1st challenge or 2nd it dont matter, i know what i got to do, plan plan and plan
Okay well do your best to finish strong... you can do it Robert.
Ridshack... there you are jeez I thought I was abandoned in this ol thread LOL. Maybe consider taking one more week active rest... because its good to give your muscles that full break from lifting to really repair themselves. Anecdotally many people lose more weight during their AR as long as they just eat to maintenence and don't lift. You won't lose any strenght either.
Man, we're almost done! Remember how many people started in this thread?
No kidding right... Im humbled by the distance we have come. It really is quite a challenge.
So I work out of my home and went back to the corporate office and two people made mention to me loosing weight/working out. Nice someone noticed (-: I wont go back for another 6 weeks so let the changes continue.
yep im going to get great workout moving furniture lol, and i want to say thanks to you both, and im very proud of you, i know i sounded cocky about winnning, but its one of my incentives and if i cant see it, i cant have it,
you both been great buddies to go thru this with, and i know it sounds corny, but i will always remember you both, and am honored to be part of challenge 2 with yall
lets push hard and do our very best until the end
BIG HIGH FIVES TO OUR LITTLE TEAM.
We've got to be sure we get another thread going here for C2.
And if you guys aren't on BFL Tracker you should get on there too they do team threads there as well...
TWO MORE WEEKS.
