I've seen a similar post on another forum and thought it would be fun to try it here. Sometimes we lose ourselves in the seriousness of BFL and weight loss in general. What are some things about your new habits that you have noticed? Here are a few of mine:
You know you are a BFLer when you can amaze your friends by counting to one minute in your head and only be off by a second or two.
You know you are a BFLer when you tell your child that her homework is only at intensity level 6.
You know you are a BFLer when you pick up your cat in a slow controlled motion while saying to yourself "I am building my body for life." Extra points if you bicep curl the cat a few times.
You know you are a BFLer when...
You know you are a BFLer when you pack a cooler to take to the grocery store.
