Speak to Me Warriors!!! AAAHHHHH!!!!
I haven't been online much at all this week, and with good reason. I've been working hard this week to get the work outs in, and really HIIT my 10's all week, every time out. AAAAAHHHH!!!!
I've also been reading and researching into other excercises that can be done at the gym, whether its Cardio or Weight Training so I don't plateau or get bored. I';ve also been meditating on the Principles found in the Hakagure. I'm developing the mindset of a Warrior, not just to get through this, or just merely survive but to really push myself hard through all of the workouts, while staying focused on a balanced and sound nutrition program. I want the mindset that prepares me for Victory! Nothing less will be acceptable!!
I have noticed that my metabolism is quickly starting to activate, as I have noticed my clothes are fitting much looser than normal. I haven't stepped onto a scale yet, but I am starting to see changes. The soreness is there, but I am dealing with it not as an annoyance, but a source of pride knowing that I am on the right path to transformation and discovery of my Ultimate Self. AAAHHHH!!!! My workouts are going better, as the confusion and lack of purpose and drive has been vanquished along with the doubt and fear I had when I started this journey.
