My partner is taking me out for dinner tonight to cheer me up (have RSI in my shoulder and its been really painful this week), was thinking of going for Thai and either having Seafood salad - Spicy Prawns, Squid, Mussels and Scallops with Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Chilli, Onion and aromatic herbs or Tom Yum soup which is
chicken stock or broth
tom yum paste
kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
Thai chile, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Raw shrimp, peeled
chopped fresh cilantro
Do you think the Tom yum would be ok? I know theres no carbs but was going to have a skinny cappucino after?
