I have been off the BFL wagon for over a year. It feels so good to do another challenge. I started week 3 of my challenge and the metabolism has kicked up a notch so I am starving. I am getting stronger though at it sure feels good. I have done BFL for many years and I love it!!!! I am in it to win it this time.

Michelle you are so amazing. I too started heavy. I started BFL in 2001 and through many challenges over the years have been able to get from 225 to 130. I am not a very healthy 130 now so tht is why I am returning to my faithful friend BFL.
Welcome back, Eva Jo! Your story sounds much like mine, except I am trying to get BACK to the 130 I was after my challenge in 2002! Got a long road, but I have done this before and I know it works and man, I feel fantastic after only 3 weeks!!!!
