Tweaked my knee last night just walking through the kitchen in my stupid flip flops and am hoping like hell to get through my cardio this morning. I've got it wrapped and figure I can probably at least try the bike. If it's too bad, may have to flop and do UBWO today instead. I hate to be derailed!!!!! Wish me luck.

Made it!!! 20 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical. Whew........was scared there for a minute! Don't need any bumps in the road this week.
