I started the challenge 3 days ago and since then I have been working out hard and following the diet plan 100%. The problem is that I am HUNGRY! I went from hardly ever eating anything except dinner to eating 6 times a day and I am hungrier than I was before! Is this normal? Will my body start adjusting? I really want to do this but don't want to be hungry all the time and be tempted to cheat! Any help/encouragement would be appreciated!
Can you give us a sample of your meal plan?
I have been following the meal plan from this website for the first week just shuffled a few of the meals around. For example, here's how yesterday went:
Egg white & avacado sandwhich
1 cup of coffee
1 Chicken Burrito (recipe from body for life website)
turkey burger on whole wheat bun
1 portion low fat cottage cheese
1 portion raspberries
