Not sure how to calculate fat loss/ muscle gain. I am in the middle of week 6 and have lost a total of 6 lbs but my clothes are fitting quite differently and I can definitely see a change! Is there a certain formula? Would love to know how that works. Thanks.

Unless you have some way of measuring bodyfat to begin with (calipers, bodypod, or even electronic resistance measuring device) you can't really tell what percentage of what you've lost/gained is fat versus muscle.
