It's almost the end of week 6 and I lost a total of 20 lbs! I now weigh 172 and am finding a 50 lb weight loss goal a lot more manageable than a 70 lb goal! In two more weeks, I will be posting new photos to show my progress.

Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you'll be right!
Way to go on the 20 lb weight loss, your putting the work in and it's paying off.
My success is your success.
I am just getting started also. I am totally stressed out (work, family, school). I figure I need this to survive. Absolutely need support so I don't fall off track. I first tried this in 2008. I didn't make the full 12 weeks. But the 8 weeks I was devoted I had great results. Since then it has been down hill. I tried other programs and NEVER accomplished as much as I have on this program. So, thought I would get back to basics and what works. Wishing you well!
Woohoo! Go Ella!

Thanks, Debs. I'll go on the Calling all Lifers Thread.
Choose Fit, hang in there. Working out in the morning relieves stress and sets a great "tone" for the day. I hate to miss my morning workout because my day is not quite right without it. I missed my workout today because of the snow, but I'm ready to jump back in the gym tomorrow. :)
