Am I crazy, or...where are details of the challenge?

    Just joined up, and I know it may be right in front of my nose, but I can't seem to find it on the site: where is the actual 12 week plan for the Challenge? I am talking about work out plans and meal plans, is there a 12 week breakdown of what I should be doing every day?

    I see under Library that there are articles about training and nutrition, but these seem like general tips - is there a day by day guide or week by week guide for people taking the challenge? What types of work outs, what types of meals?

    Thanks and sorry if I am missing it right in front of me.
