Day two was a little less clunky than day one. It appears I am adgjusting to the morning routine very well. Cardio was the orer of the day and I thought it went reasonably well. I am nowhere close to the level of conditioning I was at wehn I finished my first challenge nearly 3 years ago... Of course, through foregoing the program and making poor lifestyle choices, I gained back everything I had lost and added 3 pounds to that total. I am resolved to complete this challenge and develop the habits ncessary to maintain a healthy an productive lifestye beyond this 12 weeks....

You can do this! I can too!!! I just started the challenge on Sunday the 19th so today has been Day 3. Maybe you can help me out here.... I feel like I am eating too much! I am totally sticking to the plan and have not eaten one bite of anything I shouldn't eat but I guess eating 6 "meals" is making me feel like I am eating too much. I love the plan and the workouts too but just need some reassurance that I am doing it correctly!!!!
I can tell you that, being back on the plan, I noticed the fullness effect of the increased meal frequency. This is something I remember from my previous challenge. It subsides a couple of weeks into it. If you stay disciplined around your eating regimen, your body will become attuned to it and will "tell you" when it is time for a meal. Just make sure your are following the guidance form the BFL book as to the portion sizes and the approved foods. Stay disciplined around this, and the workout regimine detailed in BFL... And you WILL see amazing results!!! I'm here for ya! As is the rest of the forum. It's truly an amazing group of folks here!
THANK YOU! I am very motivated to follow through with this. I appreciate your response. I actually tried BFL while in my senior year of college (01) and did see great results...however living it up because we were graduating started happening on Wednesdays...then Thursdays.... instead of one free day a week on Saturdays!! Anyway, I had totally forgotten about this program until new year's resolution time came around and I remembered how much I liked it. I am still waiting on my book to arrive but I do have the BFL success journal that I had ordered. So I have been getting my info from these sights and the journal. 6 kids later I am ready to be tone and fit once again! Thank you for your insight. I love getting on here and reading what everyone is saying. It is awesome.
