I began day one, today, 1/20/14... I was a little rusty to say th least! I have decveided to perfom my workouts in the morning, prior to bergining the workday. So, with that, I am finding that I have to get in the routine of getting ready for work at the gym. Not a big hurdle by any means, just a new set of habits to develop.
On another note, meals are packed, daily goals are set, and I am ready to go!
Hopefully folks in the forum can keep me accountable!
Thanks for sharing, B Mick. Week 1 is where you usually work the kinks out and get familiar or use to the program. Keep it up and you'll get better.
It sounds like you start is very typical for someone who has gotten off to a good start. Before you know it, you will be seeing great results. We all start off a little bit slow.
