ok....embracing change :o) Accountability check....C1W6D5....had a great UBWO this a.m. Can sure feel the difference in how my body feels the day after FREE day blahhh...I didn't overdo it or anything it's just my body does not like anything that isn't healthy. Keep on keepin' on everyone!!!

I can hear you! :-) I was hoping to start one thread where all the faithful GB folks can go and keep in touch. Sometimes it gets a little social. However, this is truly a life journey. So, it helps to connect with others and know how real life affects us.

I am here!  I miss you guys already. 

OMG!!!  I was freaking out this morning.  I thought I lost everyone.  I know, I know, change is good.  Week 8 here for me and very excited.  I hope I am doing this correctly.  This is Scott incase it says something different.

I'm excited about the change! I needed something to kick me in the butt and recharge. Definitely wasn't a part of the plan though.

Well I'm not a Faithful GBer, but I hope that doesn't prevent me from being able to Chat in this Thread as well. :)

Uugh, I feel like the net supporting me has disapperared.  Why oh why did they change GB?  Keep me in the loop.  Week 12 started today and I anticipate needing lots of guidance to finish strong and get throught the next few weeks of AR.  Even though I don't post often, I am always there listening to your words of wisdom.  Keep me in the loop.
