I ACTUALLY Ran Today!!!!!

  • I am so very PLEASE with my endurance,  I thought about it all day today at work.  So excited about coming home and walking over to the park and running.  I walked, jogged and got up to a run twice.... I was so very happy and didn't really push it ... was worried about some of my past injuries but I think on Thursday I will push it just a bit more.  I LOVE BFL so VERY much.  I have lost 9 lbs.... and this is just the second week..... I feel so much better!!!!

  • I hear all the time that walking is good for you, so isn't running even better?  Now that you're up and "running", nothing can stop you!

    Once I discovered the joys of weight training, all other passions were transcended.
