I'm about to start the Body For Life program. I've one question about the weight training exercises. Do I just choose one specific exercise for each muscle group and stick to it?
For example, should I just stick with barbell bench presses as my main exercise for the 12 weeks? I was planning on using cable crossovers as the second exercise.
Or do I move between all exercises in the group? For example, I do barbell bench presses for week 1, followed by incline bench presses for week 2.

Nope. You'll want to change your exercises for the same muscle group every 3-4 weeks. Here's a site I personally used to help plan my exercises.

Yes, but do what you can without losing form.
