Well, I weighed in after week 4 and I have lost 4 pounds. Now, it may not be the typical 2 pounds per week, but I'm thinking it will add up to 12 pounds by the end of the challenge, which is ok in my books. I can feel muscle gain for sure, so I'm happy so far. Onward I go. Good luck to all on your challenges!
