5/20 starters - how was your first week?

  • I did great with the exercise and didn't miss any workouts. The food on the other hand...in retrospect this was a tough week to start with the three day weekend. My food has been totally off the rails since Friday night...I bet I gained this week. Not a good start!

  • The first two weeks are usually a bit messy, the remaining 10 weeks a learning curve.
