Hey I've just started my 12week challenege today and I am really excited about it. I am wondering however if anyone has any templates for keeping track of your exercise and meal plans, you know like the examples that are in the book. I'm not great with computers otherwise I would try and make one myself

Sounds good. I'll e-mail them either tonight or tomorrow. I forgot my jump drive that has the forms on work, so I won't be able to get to them until I get home to the home PC.
