I started my challenge this week and I'm excited and nervous to be starting my journey. I get so confused about whether I'm doing my exercises properly. Tomorrow is day 5 and I am supposed to be having the lean n mean chili and I'm confuse as to how much of it constitutes a serving. Most of the recipes for the first week don't have a serving size and its making me confused. Any thoughts??? Thanks in advance!
I believe that should make four servings. That's 4 oz of turkey and a bit over half a cup of beans, which would be your main carb, per serving, along with about a cup of veggies. We make a similar chili a lot around our house.
