I have heard plenty of good things about this program. I have searched the site, maybe I just cant find it. But where does it tell you how big your portions should be and how much of which food group you should eat a day etc. HELP!! ? I really want to start this but can until i figure it out. Thankyou!
You're going to want to pick up a copy of Bill Phillips' book Body-for-LIFE. It details the nutrition and exercise plans. The info on the site mostly presupposes that you've read the book.
Hi brittanystinton, I agree with mstickles.....you would benefit from having the book.
Watch your portions.Each portion of protein is approximately the size of the palm of your hand and each portion of carbs is approximately the size of your closed fist.
