I'm going to be starting in the next few days and just wanted someone who I can correspond with via email if I have any questions etc.
I'm already a bit confused on a few issues such as what weights to start out with.
I'm female, 22 and about 5 foot 4.5 so cant really lift much to start out with.
If anyone wants a buddy to help each other out, I'm great at motivating!
Preferably someone from the UK just in case I have any questions about products we can only get here.

Have managed 7-8 weeks on here before. If you do what it says and eat clean and healthy, it works.

I started on 15.01.13 so missed one day of the week and today was my rest day!
I was really looking forward to this day but I feel awful bring on upper body workout and 6 small meals tomorrow :)
