12/31 Group Check-In : Wednesday

  • Good morning all.  We are in the middle of week 2 and I hope everyone is staying strong.  I missed my cardio yesterday, but am not stressed.  I am still on track with my food and exercise otherwise.  I was also not great about getting my water in yesterday, but again.  I'm back on track today.  Has anyone else experienced any "hiccups" yet?

  • I did my cardio yesterday but wasn't exactly hitting any 9's or 10's. I've been sick with this cold for over a month so I finally decided to head to the doctors and I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. So they gave me two rounds on the nebulizer in the office and then some antibiotics/inhaler. My goal right now is to still do the best that I can and kick this junk out of my system ASAP so I can really hit it hard. I am going to the gym this afternoon while my son is at Sylvan and going to do my LBWO.

    Another great fitness Guru -Tony Horton always says. "Forget the rest and do your Best!"
