Hi!I am reading the book and next week om monday I start my program. I wondering one thing I was reading on page 65. "on this program, the majority of calories will be used up the hour after our workouts, provided we don't eat for one hour after our exercise session" Does it means that we have to wait one hour to eat after exercise?
Bill Phillips recommends that you wait to eat at least an hour after your HIIT cardio days for maximum fat burning effects. On strength training days, it is best to get in a BFL approved meal soon after your workout so the protein can start your muscle recovery/repair.
Good job on reading the book and getting all the facts straight from the start! I think you will find that you will have a very successfuly challenge by following the BFL book.
