I started my 1st challenge in January and finished back to back challenges at the end of June. I'm 6'2" tall and went from 272 lbs and 36% body fat to 220.5 lbs and 16.8% body fat. I've been in maintenance mode for the last 6 months. I increased my weekly calories by about 6000 calories over the last 6 months but have been still doing my cardio and weight training religiously. I weighed in this morning at 219.5lbs and still 16.8% body fat. I'm planning on losing another 20 lbs of fat and bringing my body fat down to about 10 % and hopefully will find those 6-pack abs!!!
