    I just started the Body For Life program (8/15/12) and know I would enjoy having an easily accessible support group. I would like to have a forum where questions can be answered, encouragement given, progress celebrated and ideas generated.

  • hey!  me too!  I am 'going back to basics' with this challenge.  Back in 2001, I did my first challenge and got completely hooked on lifting, that turned into training for my first bodybuilding competition (that I didn't go through with cuz I just wasn't 'ready'), many years and much training and lifting later, I think I just hit a wall--burned out, handing out lots of excuses, you name it.  I have basically taken a year's vacation from lifting--and doing my cardio consistently--and my body has paid me back--badly.  The jig is up and hightime I am back in the ring!!  Looking forward reclaiming my best body by November 13th!
