Anyone starting around August 6th and want to support each other?

  • That bit of fluctuation happens.  You are doing fantastic.  Who else is in this to the bitter end?

  • Did my final workout for the 10 weeks today. I have lost a total of 25 pounds of scale weight and see significant improvement. I am not taking any time off still have a little ways to go. After all it is for life. I think I only missed one or two workouts during the 12 weeks. I have made a lot of progress...... Good Luck all keep it up.

  • I lost 11 lb.  I actually have 3 days to do as I started on the Wednesday, but oh well.  Like Scott, I have a long ways to go.  I am going to just continue as I have been doing until my Girl's Trip to the mountains.  After that I will start my official C2 on November 12.  Congratulations to all who finished this challenge!
