My wife and I are start a Primal Challenge April 16th and doing it for 4 weeks until Mother's Day May 13th. Would anybody like to join us?

I like how one of the prizes pictures at the bottom is a cow :) Sounds interesting, but I'm not doing it. This Primal thing sounds more doable though than Paleo. my main goal right now is to get through my current BFL challenge and do more than just maintain this time.
I do not think there is a different between primal and paleo other than the author's name for it....
oh, I thought Primal allowed dairy where Paleo didn't. I guess I haven't really informed myself enough on that.
anyway, I see preparation pictures for Tough Mudder Dallas are on fb. Looks exciting! (Can't remember if that's the one you're doing, or a different one in TX.) I CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR ABOUT IT!!!!
