Hope everyone is going strong. I'm seeing results-definitely seeing muscle gain and stomach is looking better everyday-it keeps me motivated. I have slipped a couple times on eating while out with friends but nothing major and just keep on the program and forget it. My ab crunches are 18-15-12-9-18 rep sets while hold 10-15-20-25-20 dumbbells. I'll be going up this week. Take care. Need to pick up a couple higher weight dumbbells this week. I wish i would have gotten one of those adjustable dumbbell sets. I think they run about $375 though. I guess Im committed to the individual iron dbs. Have a great week!
