My wife and I started today as well. Did our pictures yesterday, UGGGH!! So much worse than what I see in the mirror!! :) Wishing you all the best!!

I have one more meal today, I have found that I seemed to of obsessed about food all day. I must say today dident seem as easy as I thought it would be.

hang in there. It will become habit before long.
I just signed up for the challenge today. I did do an UBW yesterday. Took a bit more time than the recommended 46 mins because of working with a home gym where some have to be repositioned to do certain exercises. Frustrating; but, happy I completed the entire work out. Have some nice soreness today to remind me of it. ; > )
Will be doing measurements and pics tonight. In it to get down to from 160 to 135; however, I will be adding muscle as I loose fat, so the measurements are important.

Day 1 - One meal, weighed in, upper body workout, and pictures taken. I am about to have meal two, but I am approaching this in primarily a vegan format after watching Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. I also watched Forks Over Knives as well with both giving a different viewpoint on our health as it relates to our diet. I recommend both documentaries.
How many of us were a little disgusted with ourselves after seeing our image on the pictures taken? 'hand raised'

My first day completed! the hardest part of my day was not snacking on my kids dinner leftovers. But I dident and and I am so proud of myself.

I have had a good day I think, done well with my food but need to drink more water- its just so bland, i am missing my mugs of tea already. I might try Green tea without milk!
I did my work out at 6pm but that was only half hour after evening meal so i think i will look at changing to the mornings. At least its out of the way then.
Looking forward to tomorrow and feeling really good about this.

It's great that you and your wife are doing this together. My wife did BFL last summer is was indeed transforming. She will be doing it again this summer.
