I am looking for some email buddies to join me on my BFL - not so good at remembering to log into forums, but I do check my email all time!
I am a 39 year old mum to two little boys (youngest only 4 months). I have been a gym regular in the past, and even did a BFL about 5-6 years ago, but a couple of preganancies have done their damage and now I WANT MY BODY BACK!!!

I'll be on vacation Dec 19-29, with no access to gym or exercise equipment. Any recommendations on how to stick to the excercise programs and how to exercise to "fulfill" the workout portion.
