Hello and welcome. I am starting this thread to hold myself accountable feel free to join me. I will post every day
The goal is to complete the 12 weeks without missing a day. That means follwing the plan to the letter.Journal, plan, eat sleep, workout and so on. Now we all know in the real world things come up.... that will not be an excuse/reason to stray. I know myself stray once and I'm done... slowly but surely. So here is the deal - short version I went on BFL several years ago with great results My start weight was 265 and I am 6' my weight by challenge 2 was down to 195. Got injured by falling from a ladder and the rest was down hill. Fast forward 5 years and now my weight has climbed up to 240. Time to redeem those years
6' - 240 lbs - 50 year old man of steel..ok puddy right now but going to change that!
The first work out will come early 4:30 am so I am getting the mind ready today. Posts are coming up on my smart phone through the day which is cool because it keeps my mind on the task. Hve fun everyone
