I have been working out after work at about 4 pm. Any suggestions on diet plan in this case?
Mira: I workout around the same time also. My meal times are 7am-9:30-12:00-2:30-5:00-7:30pm. At my 5pm meal I always have a protein shake which digests quickly because your muscles are craving nurtrients at this time. The rest of your meals stick with the protein/carb ratio as layed out in the BFL book. All the best.
