I forgot to post that I'm 50 years old and own a personal training business, yes I'm a trainer. I decided to do this challenge because I want a tight and toned body and I want to prove that you can still have that in your fifties.
I'm starting! I just did, actually. I'm not new to the program, but it's been almost 8 years since I did my first challenge. It was fabulous. I'm 40. And I'm entering a whole new body metabolism. I can't wait to hear more about your progress because 50's coming next. I'd love to get my body back and keep it strong and lean through my 40's 50's and beyond! I've got a long long road, but I'm 3 days in and excited to be in this much pain. :) (not really--but excited that my muscles are at the beginning of getting back in shape.)
