I am starting today as well. I am getting married six weeks from tomorrow in St. Thomas and I am hoping to see some results before then. I only want to lose about 8 pounds but tone up everywhere. In the past people have called me skinny fat. Not a very nice name. I guess it means that I have zero muscle tone and I want some. I feel like in the past people look at me and dont think I need to lose weight and discount the fact that I am trying. I hope to find some support here.
Good luck to everyone!
I also started today. I started a forum bodyforlife.com/.../4614.aspx
I have a blog and I plan to post 4-6 days a week, Here is my post for today thisisbryanok.blogspot.com/.../c4w1d1.html
This is my 4th challenge and I plan to make it my strongest yet.

I'm starting today as well! This is my first challenge. I'm excited and happy to find that there's a large group getting started at the same time!
Starting my third day and I feel REALLY motivated. Did UBWO on Monday, HIIT on Tuesday and worked out with my trainer (fullbody) today. Tired, but feeling happy and motivated. Cannot wait to see my first results in about a month.
I know I'm a little late but I would like to join your group. I've started but never finished BFL but I will this time. Knee surgery in november and I want 20 lbs off by then. Good luck to us all.
Thanks everyone for joining me in this challenge. This week is a tougher challenge than most because my mother is in town, lol. I haven't seen her in a year and she always wants to eat out. I'm trying to keep everything in check but so far its been difficult. I also weighed in at 183 on the start of this program which means I lost almost two months of intense trainilng. I've been weighing ;myself everyday and I am still just about 182. I'm wondering if this is enough exercise because I was working out thi8s intensely for 3 or more and still not getting results. I'm also wondering if I'm eating too much because I'm not losing an ounce. Any advise or encouragement?
