Look under the 'Library' tab at the top of the page. Then scroll down and click on "tools' then there is a pdf file called "progress reports and success journal'. These sheets are for planning your workouts and nutrition. They quite clearly show the sets and reps pattern for each muscle group and work out. There is a lot of other great info under that tab as well.
I would, however, highly recommend getting your hands on a copy of the original BFL book. They are in bookstores and used bookstores and online or try the local libray. In my opinion the book is an absolute must read.

The E....y site often has the BFL original book, cookbook, and workout journal at really great prices even with shipping included. I obtained all of my material from that source and the original book that I bought even benefited the local Goodwill agency there.
