My day two was ok - ate all the right foods over my six meals so pleased with that although didn't do a workout. Just starting day 3 here in the UK and have all my meals prepared and good intentions to head to the gym after work.

Day 3 went good for me - ate my meals for the day and did a cardio (as i missed yesterday) and a LBWO. Feeling good about the whole thing! :)

Day 2 of second week is going very well...oh, and YES...I love the Violent Femmes!
it wont take you two challenges. you can do anything you set your mind to. you want to lose 60 put your goal at 80. Today is day 2 for me and its hard. I used to be an avid lifter. I was on a power lifting team for three years. 5'6 220lbs 11percent body fat 19" arms. Then i got hurt at work and havent touched a weight in 8 months. all of the sudden im at 230 32percent body fat and arms have dropped less than 17". Thats hard to overcome when you knew you was in the best shape of your life. But at 36 i will beat the odds and be a solid 220. Im going to lose 20 lbs of fat and turn it to muscle and be in the best shape of my life. So if i can do it. I know you can do it. woohoo........
I started on the 25th because I couldn't wait, but I am going to tag along with all the Aug 1st people :)
Thank you SO MUCH for your encouraging words. I have lost 8 pounds since my challenge weigh in on 7/24. I think my body is responding as it is because I've gone from dining out 2 some times 3 times a day to eating around 1500 calories in my minis. I also have a large frame...and a disposition for muscles :)
