I need clarification...For the upper body workout you repeat 6 sets (x12, x10, x8, x6, x12, x12) 5 times?
How long does that take on average?
It's 12, 10,8,6, 12 for each.
It should take 46 minutes if perfectly timed.
The total upper body workout should take 46 minutes. You do a set of 12, 10, 8, 6, 12, 12 for each muscle group then move on the the next muscle group. So 6 sets per muscle group. Make sense? There is a downloadable exercise for on this site under the "library" tab. You can use it to record your workouts but it also makes the workouts much clearer.

Thanks that helps Orrin. I was thinking that you go back and do all the muscle groups 5x. That makes so much more sense.
Don't forget the minute between each set except for the last one. And then a two minute rest before the next muscle group. After you do it a couple times, it becomes instinctual.
