Down 5.8 lbs and 1.9% body fat (from 143-137.2 and 35-33.1) so I'm pleased at the weight loss, but not so much with the BF. More cardio maybe??? Any suggestions???
143 lbs at 35% BF means 50 lbs of fat and 93 pounds of Lean body mass
137 lbs at 33% bf means 45 lbs of fat and 92 pounds of lean body mass
So you have lost 6 pounds of body weight in 4 weeks of which 5 pounds is fat. The other pound is likely water weight but could be muscle mass but I doubt it.
Mutiply this by three and you get 125 pounds and 35 pound of fat aka 28% body fat but alot of females tend to lose more weeks 8-12. You seem to be doing great when 83% of your weight loss is fat and adding cardio might speed up weight loss but not fat loss meaning you would lost weight faster but your body fat percentage would decrease less.
