Don't be scared.  Make sure you eat clean and eat every 2 to 3 hours.  Your body will find the balance and start working correctly again.  But you have to give it some time.  While you are doing that, make sure you are gaining muscle and really hitting your tens on the weight training.  It will all come around, and stay away from the scale for a while.  Trust me, having been a scalaholic in the past I know that's hard.  Hang in there.
