  • I'm thinking it depends on the bread... read the label on the pkg to see what the serving size is and go from there.  I know it can vary by brand (one pkg says 3 slices is a serving/120 cal/ Xamt of carb, and another has 1slice is a serving/100cal/Xamt of carbs).  No wonder it's so hard to diet. I think it's a conspiracy (lol).
