Okay so I did my first workout last night. . .I was thinking I was a LOT stronger than I am!
I figured I could start with 10 lbs weights, and go up to 25 lbs. Not so much.
I was doing triceps and my 2nd exercise was bench dips. Well I ended up on my butt since my arms couldn't hold me.
Today my arms feel like gumby. . . is this normal?
Not only is it normal and is what some people aim for during their workouts. As you get stronger it will happen less unless you push even harder. Way to push it!
