My boyfriend and I are starting BFL basically today, and we were discussing our different goals and how we will achieve them. Like so many women, I am working toward a toned, lean bod, and he's looking to bulk up and gain a little extra muscle. We were discussing how we would use the program differently to achieve our own goals. He is convinced that he can eat basically whatever he wants and however much of it he wants as long as he does the workouts, since he wants to gain weight. I'm not sure if this is right, and I want this to be effective for both of us, so any advice you have on this would be really helpful!
Thanks so much!!
Tiffany, has your boyfriend read the book?? The book provides all the pertinent information in doing this challenge.
The challenge in order to have the best results should be done by the book!
80% of this program is the nutrition part, if you don't feed your muscles the right food, your muscles won't grow the right way.
I would encourage you both to do the challenge (the full 12 wks) by the book and see what your results end up being.
Best wishes to you both! :)
DebMO :0) Blessed to be a Blessing...
My husband and I are starting the BFL challange today :) I'm super excited...just took my before pictures and I can't wait to destroy them with the after pictures! I just have a question...if we want to enter the challange as a couple...plus as individuals (it tells me we can do that)...how many applications do we fill out...just one for each of us??? Thanks!
Your boyfriend sounds exactly like I did when I first looked at the program. I was dead wrong and so is he.
The program is designed to build your best body for life.
I don't think it's possible to build a lean foundation in twelve weeks without the following the eating method. It really isn't.
