I've already started 15 Aug. So once again I will be a week ahead of you guys but will join you as I really have enjoyed the support from you all and it's been fun too. Had a rough start with the first HIIT but felt good. Tina will start recording my meals finally in the body minder. My wife is having difficulties with her neck and the trainer told her to get some x-rays to see if its a pinched nerve or a slipped disk. It seems when she get tired doing whatever exercise she tenses her neck her trainer noted. I think we all do that a bit but when she does that it hurts for the rest of the week. Might be from getting whiplash twice a couple of years apart.
