I am starting for the first time on th 28th of march!! Im 285lbs and about 5'10" tall everybody says I dont look that heavy but I see it and know it, I will be needing some encouragment from all who will give and hope a few will join me and start the same day. any tips on what to eat starting out for a guy who needs to lose weight ?? Im all ears and would appreciate any advice
Have you bought the body for life book? IF you haven't get it read it it covers everything.. as far as foods stick to whole foods grains and stay away from processed foods.. keep up with the workouts and what ever u do just don't quit try your hardest to follow it through till the end...
