I would like to know how do we figure out which exercises to do for upper and lower body? So far, I've been using Bill's examples form his workout record in the BFL book. Is that good enough?
To start those should be good enough however you may get bored or you may want to hit those muscles in a different way. You can always Google something like dumbell exercises and probably find thousands of suggestions. Good luck and keep pumping.
I've been working out for years(with little to show for it) and I have a small library of exercises and YouTube videos of exercises. I wasn't sure if there were specific exercises we should do or stay away from.
